I provide individual counseling services. I specialize in treatment for anxiety, depression and substance abuse disorders.

I specialize in a treatment for schizophrenia and related conditions: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Psychosis (CBTp).

General Counseling

I provide counseling for individuals who need to move past a variety of life's challenges. This may include job stress, health problems, anxiety, depression, substance use and other circumstances that might bring you to seek professional help.

Psychotherapy

I am an authorized NPI Provider Licensed in California and Florida. I provide services to individuals with full-spectrum mental health conditions, including Bi-Polar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Major Depression and Co-Occurring Substance Abuse.

Cognitive Therapy

I am a member of the San Diego Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Consortium. I received training in Cognitive Therapy through the University of California and the Veterans Administration. I stay up-to date in clinical practices through regular trainings and conference participation.
